Consent to personal data processing
This is an English translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.
1. General provisions
By this document the User, acting freely, of their own will and in their own interest, gives sole proprietor Ruslan Borisovich Petrov, TIN (INN): 772023670305 (the “Operator”), consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of booking a consultation at STRUCTURΛ DIGITΛL through the forms on the website structuradigital.ru (the “Forms”) and contacting the User regarding their request.
2. List of personal data
- name;
- contact details in the communication channel chosen by the User: username, link or phone number in Telegram, phone number in WhatsApp, or email address;
- information the User has provided in the task description, and a link to a website or materials, if the User has provided one;
- the selected consultation type;
- data on the source of the visit to the booking page (the src, utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign tags);
- technical data of the request, including the IP address and the date the request was submitted.
3. Purposes of processing
- receiving and recording the consultation request;
- contacting the User in the chosen channel to arrange the time of the consultation, agree on its terms, and send an invoice for a paid consultation;
- preparing and conducting the consultation and preparing a project proposal;
- keeping a record of requests in a customer relationship management (CRM) system;
- protecting the Forms from spam and abuse, and ensuring the security and correct operation of the website.
The data is not used for advertising or informational mailings without the User’s separate consent.
4. Actions with personal data
Consent is given for any actions with personal data necessary for the stated purposes, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, use, retrieval, transfer in the cases provided for by law and by this Consent, anonymization, blocking, deletion and destruction.
5. Transfer of data to the Operator’s services
To receive and process requests, the Operator uses the YouGile system (recording requests in the CRM). The User consents to the transfer of personal data to the extent necessary for the stated purposes.
In other cases the Operator does not transfer personal data to third parties, except as provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
6. Term and withdrawal
The consent remains valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until the User withdraws it, unless the legislation of the Russian Federation provides otherwise.
The User may withdraw the consent by sending a corresponding request to structuradigital@yandex.ru. Upon receiving the withdrawal, the Operator stops processing and destroys the personal data within 30 days, unless the legislation sets a different period. Withdrawal of consent may make further work on the User’s request impossible.
7. Terms of processing
The Operator processes personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on personal data. The consent is given voluntarily and is confirmed by ticking the box in the form or by submitting the form.
